"Petites Etoiles" Chic Skirt by Forte Forte is a tulle skirt with “petites étoiles” embroidered details and sequinned beaded blooms featuring pearl pistils. Uneven in shape and slightly faded like flimsy petals swept onto the balcony by the wind, the flowers have settled around the waist and on the hemline, and will bring exquisite allure to the most elegant occasion. A tonal satin underskirt comes supplied.
